First cycle of 500 test E for 4 weeks then due to unforeseen circumstances I had to switch to sustanon 500. (My second bottle of test e gave me a nasty infection). I completed 9.5 weeks on the sustanon (1/2 dose every Monday and Thursday) now I'm three weeks from my last injection and my pct plans are 100mg clomid and 40mg nolvadex for 10 days then 50mg clomid and 20mg nolvadex for another ten days. Blood work follows 4 weeks after completion of pct protocol. Thanks for checking this out

I think the normal PCT protocol is:

Clomid - 75/50/50/50
Nolvadex - 40/20/20/20

100 of clomid for the first week should be just fine, assuming you don't get horrible sides from that. It sounds like you only plan on running PCT for 20 days. I think you need to run it for at least 4 weeks.

Would the pct you listed be what I would use after a test e (500)/deca (300)cycle. Just wondering how I would know when to increase or decrease the duration
