PCT anxiety attack!!!

Help needed guys

I finished a 12 week cycle of Sustanon 275 then began my PCT two weeks after last pin at start of July

I'm running...

Clomid 50/50/50/50
Tamoxifen 25/25/25/25
Proviron 25/25/25

Last night I was suddenly woken up by a worried feeling which gradually got worse until the point I thought I was going to suffer a heart attack. My whole body tensed up, and my breathing became laboured and body was shaking. I was so scared I called NHS24 who were too busy, and by the time they called back, I had fallen asleep.

The whole episode ran from 2am to 4am

Can anyone suggest anything obvious I'm doing wrong or do I have to tough this out?
