The modern PCT sticker!

Well lately I've been researching a lot about pct after a cycle ended, after being intrigued by a guy who told me that most of the old pct plans weren't updated about the beginning of pct (look at the Austinite stickers), it became a religion here at forum that was followed vigorously by myself and other members. I admire this guy for this forum contribution that helped many members for years here on the forum, newbies etc at the beginning of the cycle...
But I'm an open-minded guy, who seeks to learn, evolve in the fitness world or in life.
Based on research on the pct segment, I could see that the pct plans of our ancestors are not the same as they are in the modern day.
I have found from research that a drug takes 4 to 5 half-lives to be completely cleared from our system.
Therefore, in the current pct plans, 5 half-lives should be expected until the start of the pct or something else that I researched in depth to find out, that we can make the interaction of the long esters with the short ones!
We can switch from a long ester to a short one in the middle of the cycle .
By doing this intermediation, your pct could start earlier!
A 12 week cycle of Testosterone Enanthate .
500mg of Testo E
250iu of HCG 2x a week
0.25 mg of anastrozole arimidex from the third week of the cycle.
So you've done your last shot of your Testosterone Enanthate .
How long to wait to start the Pct , if we are going to look at the ancestral plans we would start 14 days after the last application.
But if we are going to make the current pct plans we will respect 5 half-lives of drugs..

We know that the active life of the ester enanthate is 14 days and the half-life of 7 days.

So 5×7 = 35 days!

So if we were going to follow this PCT thread, after the last application of your enanthate, you would wait 35 days before starting the tpc serms plan to stimulate LH and FSH to bring testosterone to a healthy level.Well use your AI up to the pct.

PCT 7 weeks

Week 1 -Week 4
Nolvadex
40mg /20mg/20mg/20mg

Week 1 -week 4
Clomid
75mg / 50mg/50mg/50mg

Week 5-Week 7

20mg of nolvadex only!

Now pay attention! Why ? Why you can reduce this PCT wait time.

Just intercalate change from long to short ester

So if you want a PCT sooner, just in the middle of the cycle you stop the enanthate and go to the propionate !

You would do the same thing, respecting 5 half-life of testosterone propionate until starting pct..

Hey Davi, does this also work for Deca Durabolin ? Yes switch to NPP.

Intermediation of long ester with short ester can be done eighth week of cycle.. Well that's it folks.
