Coming off Test E with HCG, Clomid and Nolva

I have a few questions regarding how to PCT with the products that I have. I have:

30 count of Clomid at 50mg
30 count of Nolva at 20mg
    18,000 IU of HCG

I have been on Test E for about a year at 200 a week except for running a Tren Cycle 6 or 7 months ago when I upped it 500 a week for the cycle.

After reading multiple articles and post I still have a few questions.

From what I understand HCG used during a cycle is low dose roughly 250 every 3 to 5 days and when used to Kickstart PCT it is a heavier dose for a short period of time. My questions are related to timing and dosage.

Do I start HCG Kickstart while still pinning Test E? Or do I start it after my last pin? Also, what should the dosage be, how many days between pins and the duration. Also, at what point would I start to add the Clomid and Nolvadex to it?

Just trying to get this right guys. Thanks for any help Y'all can provide.

Yes start hcg while still on test. I do not like hcg in pct as it is counterproductive, though there are protocols that call for its use. Those are usually longer pcts though, and will typically drop hcg at some point.

Personally, based on my experience with clomid as hrt, I think that you could do 50mg per day for the first two weeks, then 25 a day for the next 2 to 4 weeks. Nolvadex at the same duration, though 20 mg per day for the first 2 weeks, 10mg per day for the next 2 to 4. Yes that is longer than some PCT protocols, but it is lower dose, my thinking being that it might minimize sides.

Begin PCT 2 weeks after your last injection. Run HCG right up to the start of PCT at 500 to 750iu per week. Then begin the dosage of the serms as mentioned above.

BTW, enclomiphene is worth a look instead of clomid. Fewer sides reported.

Thank you for the response! One last question.

How many weeks should I run the HCG before I start the PCT? And I should stop the HCG when I pin my last Test?

Questions have already been answered. See highlighted above.

To be clear, run hcg right up to the time you start PCT.

Example: if pct is set to start on a Monday, you take your last hcg on the Sunday before it.

Gotcha. I was just wondering if there was a minimal amount of time I should run HCG for it to be effective. For instance run it at least two weeks or four weeks? I'm eager to start the PCT and it sounds like you don't think I really need the HCG.

    Thanks again man.

No HCG in PCT. HCG from the beginning of cycle all the way up to PCT is ideal, but every little bit helps. Since it imitates LH, it keeps the testicles functioning, at least to some extent. This makes it easier to restart in PCT, because the boys were never completely shutdown.
