    PCT Caloric Intake

    Hey everyone,

So I'm coming off my cycle this weekend and going to start my pct.

I had a pretty decent cycle but at this point I'm so tired of eating so much and lifting.

My question is, what should my caloric intake be post cycle

Do I eat the same? Or do I go down to Maintenance?
I hear you should eat more, but I'm not training as intensely and frequently and I'm not trying to put on bodyfat.

I'm just burnt out of everything at this point.

If you ask the opinion of the older people here, they will tell you that most of them no longer do PCT, but rather Blast and Cruise. But since you're doing PCT, how about continuing to eat in a caloric surplus? I'm not pretending to be an expert, but it seems to help with stress and loss of lean mass due to cortisol in PCT.

The best advice is to continue your cycle, maintaining low testosterone doses, and don't stop.
