    Hope this isnt a repost but check out this old clip and notice how shredded everyone is

    Everyone talks about the Golden Era but it would be pretty cool to be a pro around this era.

    Also check out charles glass back in the day towards the very end training mike christian.

    I was training hard during this time, theses gusy where all my idoles, back in the late 80 early 90.

    Classic, great classic stuff with Samir Bannout.

    Steroids back then where not fake. I regret both cycles i did back in 1999 fakes all the way GRRRR.
