I'm sure all of the strongmen are born naturally very strong...the right training and gear just takes them to another level!

OK ... I knew he could lift HEAVY stuff..... but the dude is still flexible enuff to touch his nose to his knees when standing and he can do the splits in that 2nd video!! If I tried to do that my hamstrings here in Michigan would snap off and land somewers in South Dakota or maybee South Beach-- dependin on what way I was facing....

he lost the title a few years ago cus testin proved he was juiced, but still its impressive.

saying that, his training is ok but check out ronnie coleman squat 800lb then leg press 2300lb for 8 reps in the same leg routine, more than marius.ronnie could do well in strongman i think but his heart is in BBing.

^^ but Coleman has got some years of lifting on Mariusz.

Mariusz is 32 years old, where as Coleman is 45. We all know that the build-up of strength comes with time.

So I think Mariusz is going to get a hell of a lot stronger in the next few years if he keeps up the hard work!
