Can anyone help me with this OMNA?

I got a lil problem.. and it's been bugging me for a while...
I've got OMNA, that looks like this, but has a lil extra something..;

Notice, ontop of the front of the label ( above where it says 1ML,Omnadren , 250) There's a little "P.No UA/5204/01/01".
I've never seen this before on OMNA, nor can I find pics of it...
Anyone seen this before, is it fake or real?

Any thoughts at all would be appreciated.

Yah... thats what all my buddies at the gym say, but the thing is I'm getting prop pain from the stuff... and I'm taking it with Deca and haven't really felt any sides from that so I'm not sure what to think...

how long have you been taking the omna's for, and how much are you taking.

I'm taking one every three days... for three weeks, same with the deca .
