    Looking to get lean....

    Ok, Looking to cut some serious fat over the next 6-8 weeks what do you all think i should take

    we need some more info from you. age ...trainning schedule ...body fat % diet ....supplement history

    Ok...
    Age 20 6"3 241
    Train 5 days a Week Sat and Wed Off
    1 MAjor and 1 Supporting Muscle Group per day
    Bodyfat currently 15%
    Diet about 4000 calories a day, brown rice, chicken, lean red meat, lotsa greans, and oat meal....etc. all home cooked meals

    History

    Most over the counter Pro-hormones, Last year for summer used .5 mcg/day of Cytomel for 6 weeks

    ok a nice ..cut you calories any go High protein 1.5 grams a day per pound of body weight . T-3 Clen combo . You won;t need very much of ether. Remember you don't want top shake but you want to burn,,,drink 2 gallons of water a day.

    not trying to turn business away from AR-R but you need to correct your diet and cardio first because you turn to supplement your fat loss.

    Try reducing you cals. Read the cutting sticky in the diet forum, let us critique it, THEN, once you have a solid dietary plan, you could look to supplements to AID your fat loss!
