    AR-R how to use?

    Yes I am a total newbie, but I do know a little bit about AAS.

    I am a MMA fighter and I am interested in researching T3/Clen for cutting. Never researched AAS before.
    My question is how do you find out how to make the gear. I mean specific instructions, cuz it seems like AR-R 's stuff isn't made and ready to go in ones body, and there are lots of stuff you got to order. Are there books or is there any one that can PM me with a step by step or list?

    Your help breaking out of this newbie status would be greatly appreciated!!!

    No need to make anything. Its ready to go. You dont needs lots of stuff either...If you want clen and t3, then get a bottle of clen and a bottle of t3.(or the clen/t3 combo)

    But whats all this stuff I am reading about powders and filters and that sort?

    In the anabolic labratory section mainly, maybe I just dont know what they are talking about? But I am learning.

    Clen AND t3 arn not products thet they ca n make well ...they think they can but they cannot. both are measured in Micrograms ...to have a scale that measures that you need to spend thousands of dollars.
