I want to thank the people at AR research they are stand up people! On my first order i orderd several items when it came I did not notice it was missing my letro. I was shooping at ar over the weekend and orderd a number items again. AR provides a history of your purchese when you log in with your pass word, well I found out after a month I did not get my letro and never would have know about save for the history. Well in the end AR has offered to re send the missing item . After so long a time fram I did not expect this !!! Besides good product thay have excellent customer support. THANKS AGAIN cj
