Letro, will it aid in weightloss????

I know that you take letro to help lower estrogen levels but would it help in in weight loss if you are taking it with clen . It says in the product description that "an average male BB is around 10%BF, that's a lot of lipid cells with aromatase inside them, so a substantial percentage of aromatase is left untouched by Arimidex due to it's poor ability to enter lipid cellsArimidex is approximately 80% effective at inhibiting aromatase, Femara is around 95-97".
Is this two things that you don't won't to take together?? Would you just be better off taking T3 and clen?? I was just wondering because of it talking about lipid cells.
