Recommended dose for Cia

i know that the cia is 30mg in one squirt but how many of these pumps should i run or when ???

3 to 4 squirts is all it takes with their cia, make sure you shake well too. Its not 30 mg per squirt, its 30 mg per mL which is ten squirts, one pill of cialis is 10 mg so you want 3 or 4 squirts. This stuff is great on leg days, the pumps are just sick!!!
