Is one order of a T3/Clen combo enough for a 6wk cycle?

It should be, but it depends on the doses you take.

a bottle of clen at 120ug ED (2 weeks on, 2 weeks of) will last you about 7 weeks.
A bottle of T3 at 100ug ED will last you 6 weeks

Since it is a spray bottle, how would I measure the amount.

Also, I'm hearing that with Clen the 2wk on 2wk off methond is old and that it should be run straight for 6wks. Any suggestions.

While the spray may not be exact, Im comfident that its pretty close to what Lion says it is. 1 squirt is 20ug for both of them.

Explain why 2on /2 off is old and outdated. What is the new theory?
