    Clen question PLEASE HELP

    If i am going to start out by taking 60 mcg a day and work that up to 120 mcg a day.. do i take all the 60 mcg at once? or do i split it up through out the day??? HELP

    Why would you start at 60mcg a day?

    Do what you want but i would start at 20mcg just to be safe, this is'nt candy you know.

    And yes if you are taking 20mcg,40mcg,60mcg etc. you take it 2-3x a day depending on side effects.

    I have so far been taking it 3x

    I take them about 4hrs apart.

    i spilt mine into 2 doses and i take 140mcg a day for two weeks then the third week take 100mg of benidryle b4 u go to bed and you can keep taking the clen for longer then two weeks
