    Good Job Lion and ARR

    Got the B-12; like it a lot, wife likes it. With 4 kids under 7, the gym, both work careers, it will burn ya, but this stuff really helps. What is the recommend wkly dose...I think a person can do 1000iu /wk right?

    iu? i know the b12 from lion comes 1000mcg/ml im not sure if there is a conversion into iu's but i hear of people using 1cc/ew-1cc/ed id try one or two shots of it a week and see how you do with that...then up the dose if you feel necessary

    which injection sites do you rotate between? is there a risk of scar tissue building up?

    I really like b 12 also it gives me the extra boost of energy.

    just wondering, but whats the diff between injecting it and taking b12 supplements? absorption rate?

    You can inject B-12 anywhere either sub-Q or intra-muscular, anywhere

    obviously anything taken sub-Q will be used much more efficiently by your body than a pill form of supplementation. Absorption rate of a pill can be as low as 20%. I def prefer injecting B12

    absorbtion rate of a pill is 15 -40% not very good..

    the real issue is the negative feedback loop.B12 supplemented is not absorbed. The only way to absorb it is red meat or injections.
