ARR Novla Fell out of Suspension what to do?

    Hey everybody.

i've ordered a lot from ARR in the past use all my pct gear and needles for me and my friends from there.
however in my last batch one of my orders of Novla has fallen out of suspension.....
has bits of grey looking stuff mixed in with the liquid. I try shaking it up but it doesn't seem to be getting any better.

is there something I can do to help reverse this?

I might send something to the company and try to get a new one sent to me, or maybe a discount towards my next purchase or something.

    bah.

This product was never designed to be a suspention. Shake it for a few minutes till it blends. The sweetener is what has crashed.

well in the bottle when I shake it... it has white flakes all along the sides of the bottle... what is that?
    you're telling me that's just a sweetener?

i've had novla from you before get a little funky at the bottom if it sits to long, but a good shake fixes that, this is different than what i've seen before.

The sweetener is the chunks that's all. THe product will work fine. This happens when the solution cools fast. I have been playing with cooling times and temps to force the compound into solution.
