    Letro newb

    How much should i use during a cycle to keep bloat and estrogen down?

    A regular dose is .25mg. Start with that, if needed you can go up to .50mg ED. Those are prety standard maintenance doses while on cycle.

    How many pumps or squirts would that be?

    1 or 2 squirts, but i would use an oral syringe for more accurate readings. next time search pls

    Yes one squirt is equal to .10mL. Therefore you will need one squirt for .25mg. However it is more accurate to use a syringe to measure it out. Because the pump can get clogged etc.
