ive read that forum before, i was just lookin for somebody with some more recent advice as i feel that any type of pain killer will negatively affect clen 's effectiveness.... it doesn't matter rite now tho as the headaches hav subsided and i was finally able to find celery seed extract at some small time health shop

ive only gotten headaches on clen in the first day or two. always took some aspirin. never seemed to help they just go away on their own. i doubt the aspirin had any affect on the performance of the clen. clen always worked well for me.

no we didn't miss lable the clen ....head aches are common drink water. It means you are not getting enough water....
ps water is the trigger for fat loss the more you drink the more you will loose. Advil is fine....

i kno headaches are common on clen but the get excruciating and i dont think that they hav anything to do wit not getting enough water as i drink more than enough (about 2 G a day) but at the same time i totally agree that water is the trigger for fat loss and understand its importance in that sense... i always thought that advil would logically cancel out the temperature rising effect of clen limiting its effects...... i hav found the celery seed extract pills to work quite well tho.... jus speaking from my experience

advil is gay and it lowers testosterone .
Aspirin is fine and will actually HELP burn fat. So now you get to be on a CA stack
