    t3

    I've tried the clen and it was good. but I haven't heard good things about the t3. Any advice?

    I've heard that the t3 was weak and/or ineffective

    I am doing a practice run for a fat loss cycle I will be doing for a competition in August. I am currently taking an ECA stack and have taken clen before with okay results. I know I want the clen, I just want to be sure the t3 is worth it. I can get some cytomel in 3-4 weeks, but I need to do my practice run now. Any help is appreciated.

    The thing about t3 is that it is pretty potent and if you take high doses you can burn up fat and then some muscle.

    I will be on t250 2X week and tren75 everyday.
    I'm looking to go from 8% bf to about 5% and loose 2 inches off my waist.

    If you are going to be on aas and your diet is in check you could probably be ok with some t3. I would start at a low dose maybe 12.5 mcgs for a few days and bump it up to as much as 50mcgs. Some run it higher but I have had alot of luck at 50mcgs. Just see how your body reacts to it. It is pretty potent so just keep an I on bp, weight muscle mass etc. I wouldnt think you would have any trouble.

    can i drink the t3 and clen at the same time in the morning or should I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon?

    what are the chances of getting side effects from T3? and the weight you loose, will it come back when u get off?

    well if you stay on too long you can shut down your throid for a bit. same with AS, but it comes back after a few months. maybe sooner, but i havent heard much about ppls rebound times. I was contemplating doing it for 2 weeks at a moderatly high dose. Im at 6-7% already so id dont know if i should bother but, i cant imgine doing a real short run right at the very end of a cutting phase would shut you down all that bad. but again, i dont have alot of info on this.

    Anthony Roberts "Hooker" said in the book that you could use it and come off during the wiinter, when were all kinda fat and bilked up anyway and wearing more clothes, but he didnt really say how fat you might get. Though this did make me feel a little more confortable with tryin T3 which i wasnt before, he still advocated using it for up to 9 months out of the year, which i didnt really like. I think 6 weeks once a year with some ECA or clen should be enough for any sane person, but im no expert.
    And he also said test should be run with it as most will agree to avoid losing muscle. However, what if you just ate more? Say add some protein and carbs, ya know? I dunno.
