halodrol pct
I don't know if i should post this here but ill try
ok i am new to Prohormones but i have been doing a bit of research.
here is my background.
I am 21.
6'3 215 trying to get up to 240 eventually but don't want fat
19% body fat (i don't know how accurate that is) im not fat i would say a little leaner than the average college student
never used a prohormone or steroid
i did weigh 240(fat), diet and cardio brought me down to 170(really skinny)
have been working out hard for about a year and a half after i lost weight (went from 170 to 215)
i have slight gyno from genetics and acne on my back
bench max is now about 225
My questions are
1. Do yall think i should take ph's
2. I plan on buying nolva and using it just incase gyno gets worse and for pct. Will nolva be good for halodrol?
3. how much nolva should be taken daily for on cycle and off cycle?
4. I plan on taking nolva for pct. From what i have read, this will block the estrogen from the receptor sites. Since a certain part of the brain is not getting enough estro it tells the balls to start producing more test that the brain thinks will eventually be converted to estrogen. will estrogen levels be rising as they are being blocked? Should i take something that gets rid of the estrogen that will eventually come from the new test? in other words, should i start taking nolva for a pct and then switch towards the end to get rid of this built up estrogen? Should i switch to Letro at the end of the pct or will the estrogen levels not get up too high?
5.Is there anything else i am forgetting
I know its different for different people but i want to know what is most likely to happen and what is the best thing to do. I also know halodrol is not that likely to cause gyno or any major side effects, but i just wanted to make sure before i start taking it.

oh yeah almost forgot
i currently work out (5setsx5reps) 3 to 4 times a week
do yall think i should bump this up any?
what do yall recommend? (days/week, minutes/day, sets/exercise, and reps/set)

You should try to top out naturally b4 taking ph or roids.(from what I've heard) & yes you need to bump up your work out a lil. Try some creatine or a good whey protein b4 you use any anabolics.
