clen dosage first timer?

just orderd clen from the site and wanted to know what dose to start on and how its taken through the day any help please. 28yrs old 6"0 and 200lbs.

start of with 20mcg first day and 40mcg second day 60mcg third day and so on and see how much you can tolerate. i wouldnt go more than 160mcg/day
some ppl say 2weeks on 2 weeks off, some say take it for 3weeks and add benadryl at week 3.
split it up into 2 times/day.
also i hope u have researched enough as i hear it has bad effects on ur heart in the long run and can lead to enlargement of ur heart.
