    Lion's IGF Reconstitution

    Is there any special way to reconstiture Lion's Lyophilized Long R3 IGF-1? (Say that 3 time fast) I am under the impression that it's not already reconstituted. Could somebody guide/show me the proper way to reconstiture this stuff without ****ing up. Thanks.
