new to this forum and i could use your guys knowlage and idea's!! i race quads in motocross and i need some help with some products from ar-r for slimming down and help my stamina for next seasons racing. i have worked out for the past 4-5 years but not been in the gym for about 2 months.i'm starting back up on monday and want to get a few months of training before taking anything. i have taken somethings in the past so i'm not a beginner but i'm no expert either!! i am 26yrs old and about 5'11" 210lbs and need to get to 190-200lbs to be able to get a good start.i dont want to lose what muscle i have but need to drop the weight and keep my strength up.someone please help me so i know what to do or take!!! thanks fellas!!!
