    Finished My clen cycle

    Ok I just finished my Clen cycle ,,, I did 2 weeks on 2 weeks off..... deal.
    So if i wanted to try clen again with a better diet , how long should I wait?

    aaaaaaaaaa................two weeks??? You answered your own question. I am running clen for 6 weeks straight with Benadryl at 3&6 weeks. Currently on week 3.

    my results were nothing really i had a good diet and i dropped 4 pounds

    whats the reason for taking benedryl during your off weeks?also, is it normal benadryl like you get at your local pharmacy???

    Yeah. over the counter Benadryl.
