    AR's cyctomel: One squirt = ?

    measuring via oral syringe it's a no brainer but how does it work in the case of a pump spray? One pump=20mcg? Please help a brother 'cause he needz to know!

    I'm sure this question seems dumb but if you can help an AR brother out! I'm looking to take my 25mcg and I'm thinking that may be one squirt but then again how would I know for sure? You know? Let me know what you know.
