    Dnp can not be shipped by mail as it is an exposive. If you mind a supplier you will have to collect it personally. How easy this is, would depend on the laws in your state or country. Also this stuff stains everything. People wear three pairs of gloves while handling this stuff and still end up with stained hands. You don't want that, unless you don't mind having stained hands for a month.
