learning patience
just a heads up, i have ordered several times from AR-R , all have been great.Except this last order, i recieved the wrong product on saturday after paying express shipping.i have sent e-mails on sat.,sun.,and today with no response.there is no phone number and i have even pm lion on this site, and still no reply...
love there products just service has become a downer...i have no choice at this time to dispute the charge with my cc company..
keep this in mind before your next order....

dude,slow down!! most businesses are not even open on sat.& sun. and it takes time to answer e-mails. unless you honestly think that you are the ONLY person that e-mailed them over the weekend...

Bro, you need to relax, mistakes happen. Give Loin a day or two (business days) to respond.

i agree, settle down.
Remember human beings make mistakes. I know I do, on a constant basis.LOL.
I always get my PCT or supps well in advance, just for this reason.

listen guys i am calm, just upset. most companies would have responded by now.i understand mistakes happen, but c-mon, shoot me a mess. saying it will be fixed.every business handles things different and from where i sit , AR-R customer service is the pits...
remember, i love the products and have ordered a bunch of times before, but one bad time can leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Bro our customer service is the best on the internet. All orders placed by 12 noon Eastern standard time Ship same day 6 days a week. THe service department is not in on Saturday or Sunday. With the volume of emails we receive over the weekend it may take till late in the day to receive a response.
Note : You won't get this quick ship or response time with any other company who handles the volume we do. Try amazon.com .....! You should be very happy your in the US. Canadian orders can take 12 days due to customes and Canada post.
I think you need to step back and take a breath. We have been at this for 5 years everyone always gets what they ordered.

Lion is quick with responses if you ask me. Fixes my orders just fine. Always friendly e-mails

Still waiting.... try to save a little money and look where it gets you.
Lion has never disapointed me always receive withing 3 days.
