Clen and t3 combo for a female

I ordered the Clen and the T3 combo for my wife. She has never used anything like this for weight loss. She is 180lbs, and trying to lose with little success. First, to prepare her, I have had her excersizing and eating well for about a month and a half. She feels she is ready to try the supplement. I tried to convince her that she can do it on her own, but she disagrees. So...in light of that. I ordered her the Clen and T3 liquid combo from ar-r . I was wandering if anyone reccommends a time of day, and dosage for her. She is 31, 5'6 180lbs. I was advised to not let her take the T3, at least for now, because its dangerouse...what do you guys think?

I use ephedrine, and have been thinking about using T3 as well.

The problem I've heard with it is that t3 stops your natural production so I was worried I would end up having to be on it for life. I will be doing more research before starting this.

The other thing I'm going to do is get the dr to do a blood test and find out what my levels are. If they are low I will start taking it, otherwise I will have to find something else. I exercise regularly am on a healthy balanced diet of 1600-1800 calories a day, am 5'2" and 160 lbs.

I need to lose over 40lbs as I want to run the London Marathon next year.

At present I'm on a diet of 1600 calories a day
First thing in the morning I go for a run (20mins).

    Breakfast: 2 x egg whites
Small bowl of cereal with skimmed milk

    snack: mixed nuts

    Lunch: Chicken
    mixed veg

    snack:
    Protein shake

    Dinner:
    Salmon
    Veg
    Brown rice

About 2 hours after dinner I exercise, at the moment that is about 30 mins running, I do some weights and use the gym ball.

I would love to do more exercise but because of my weight I'm not capable of running anymore and I don't want to injure myself.

I don't belong to a gym as I work long hours and stay away from home a lot.

I've been doing this for a couple of months and not lost a single pound.
