amateur....clen or t3?
Hey, im thinking of picking up some stuff from the site and just had a couple questions. Im no bodybuilder by any means. Im actually quite out of shape. Im currently working out 4-5 days a week and doing cardio roughly the same. Im trying to keep my diet clean and have lost 30lbs thus far (5 months or so) but its slowing down considerably so Im gonna pick up some kind of fat burner.
My main/first goal is to lose weight. I figure, one thing at a time so Im tackling the fat, then once im satisfied, i'll start lifting primarily. If I take t3, i know ill lose fat and muscle, but how bad of muscle loss are we talking? Should I be able to maintain my strength simply by doing my weekly routine with the t3? Or am I better off trying clen first? I know the story goes with gear that you should wait till you've hit a pleateu with lifting, then try gear. But what about fat loss? Should I just do my lifting and cardio and take an ECY stack maybe? Or would t3 or clen just be a more effective means of losing weight?
I figured my situation is fairly specific so hopefully I dont get the "use the f**king search function" response. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

A T3 and Clen combo will definetly burn more fat than a ECY stack. Try searching for this guys profile: perfectbeast2001 He has a really good FAQ about clen and I'm sure if you start reading up on clen you find tons of stuff on the clen/T3 combo. People say to use the search because no matter what question you want to ask at least one person has already answered it in detail (most of the time) and they get tired of answering the same question over and over. But I'm new here too so I understand. Hope I helped.

You can check out my cutting log, using clen /T3 combo. Just started it yesterday but will put more pics up in a week bro.

I would suggest using clen on it's own. T3 can waste muscle when used without AS.

Thanks guys, I'll check it all out. Ill defenitely follow your cutting log yesevil. Although I wouldn't be taking any AS if I did take T3, so your results may be different than mind would be. Like I said, I'm not overly concerned with gaining any muscle right now, so I may still go with the T3 as long as I believe I can maintain my current muscle gains while still losing fat. I wanna essentially just go for a strict cutting routine and lose as much fat as possible, then just keep my diet in check and start serious lifting.
Looks like a great faq there beast. Ill defenitely use it in any of my decision making. Thanks again guys.

T3 is awesome...
I am 11 days in and no shakes or sweats. So far by keeping protein high and every 3 hours neither my wife nor I seem to have lost any muscle. I am down 5 lbs and 1 inch off the waist. She is down 8lbs! this is in 11 days.
We are quite impressed so far.

Dosage
my wife is using without, I am not. No clen for me - I sweat like crazy on LIPo-6 so I am sure that would put me over the edge. I might try it this spring if I need some extra help.
she is using 40-60mcg ED,I am using 60mcg at 6am, 40mcg at 11:30am and 40mg late afternoon - a total of 140mcg right now.
FWIW I am 5'9" 243lbs.
