isn't it supposed to be refrigerated even in powder form?
can it be reconstituted with vinegar(that I'll sterilize)??what is the dilution??

I wouldn't use vinger. The manufacture recommends sodium Chloride.

I would personally keep it in fridge with a controlled lower temp.

2 weeks? Youmust be on the opposite side of the world. Usually it is shipped on next day air or 2 day.

The only way I have received it was shipped in a mini cooler with a few ice packs.

not really on the opposite side of the world, but the postal service and customs are ...f#$!ed up.....so..is there a chance of getting igf here or not?
