can I take T3 and Clen together

I wanted to take some T3 and clen but do i need to add anything else to this cycle? I'm hoping i don't and that a good diet will be enough.

I was using T3 and clen together with HGH.But when I was using only T3 with HGH and testost***** I was gaining more muscle mass than with clen,although my fat level went down.
