T3: same dosage as clen for t3/clen combo?

hi, im using the t3/clen combo. ok, i know how much clen to use. I started with 40mcg the first day and it didn't do much, then went to 60 the next and did 80 after that. so, i'm ramping up and splitting my dosages up in the day.

Q: do i use the same amount of pumps or mcg of t3 as I'm using with the clen. this is my first time w/the t3, but not with clen.

also, does anyone else get a slight dull headache...b/c i am . I'm putting down alot of water also...must not be enuf.

check out clen faq in my sig. Headaches are a common side with clen. either tolerate it or take some painkillers (not NSAIDs though). Drink plenty water and if you get cramps then try supplementing some taurine (its a good idea to supp with taurine anyway).
T3 should not be dosed the same as clen. t3 is usually taken in a pyramid dosing pattern.

day 1 25mcg
day 2 25mcg
day 3 25mcg
day 4 50mcg
day 5 50mcg
day 6 50mcg
day 7 75mcg
.....you get the picture, every 3 days up dosage by 25mcg until you reach desired dose. I usually bump up to 125mcg but many people use less. When you come off taper back down in the same fashion.
Bear in mind that t3 burns muscle as well as fat and is best used in conjunction with AS.

thanks for your help. I did also purchase taurine with my order and i'm taking about 3mg a day along with trying to eat a bananna or so every day for patissium.

what is a NSAID?

I have read your faq and couldn't find anything on t3 dosage unless I didn't look that good, but have read it 2x now.

i'm having to go off my diet and drink beer to get this headache to go away!

the liquid clen only comes in squirts of 20mg. I have also been ramping up and plan to ramp, or pyramid, down.
