letro from arr real?

hi im on my 2nd week of test E 500mg week and i use 0.75mg ed from arr and know im starting to feel itching and pretty much fat under my nipples is it normal that letro doesnt work for gyno prone people?
I have done gyno surgery before but an cosmetic gland has been left.

I've never used any of Lions products.

Its legit though. It wouldnt be advertised if it wasnt legit.

Should I assume that you are only on your 2nd week of letro as well?
