Is the clomi/tomox combo on ar-r the same as nolvadex and clomid

hey ive seen some threads on here about this combo and am wondering if this is the same as nolvadex and clomid just under a disquised name.im guessing it is but want to be sure cuz this is gonna be my first cycle of test and wanna make sure i get the proper pct before rusing into this.thanks
