LIquid Clen Question

I just started taking the liquid clen . its the first time ive ever used it and im on day 2. the first day i did two pumps. the second i did three. i havent noticed any side effects. i did eat a couple of bananas the first day and drank a gallon of crystal light which i know reduces side effects.

my question is this...should i see side effects for sure or does the drinking a gallon of liquid, eating bananas and taking l-taurine most likely wipe the side effects out?

It really depends on the individual as to what if any side effects you will get. The bananas and taurine will help with the cramps if you get them, water may help in not getting headaches. It could be your dose is not high enough to get the side effects either... I would do a research for perfectbeast log on clen ... its awesome.. a lot of information there.
