Needle Supplies Help
Could someone please spell out exactly what I need in order to inject myself? Size needle(s)? Syringes? Alcohol wipes?
I've used the search tool and I don't know if I'm entering the wrong phrase or what but I can't seem to find the answer I'm looking for. I want to buy from AR-R because I've ordered some clen through them and they are very fast and reliable but I don't know exactly which products to buy. I've read enough to know I need a 22g or 23g 1.5in needle. And that I should get the Test-E out of the bottle using an 18g needle first and then switch needles. This is where I get very confused and would like a clean straight forward answer and hopefully some direct links to the actual products I should buy. Do the tops of the needles come off to allow for easy needle switching? Is it called the "plunger" that you are putting the needle on? I also need to wipe the needle and the bottle top with the alcohol wipes first? Please, any help on this. And again I did do a search and I have been searching for weeks on this and I am finally breaking down to ask this question even though I will probably get flamed for it. Thank you for any help you provide.

" I've read enough to know I need a 22g or 23g 1.5in needle."
Correct. this size will be big enough for the oil and long enough to get you into the muscle.
"And that I should get the Test-E out of the bottle using an 18g needle first and then switch needles. "
I use a different needle but just use the same size. Not sure why you would use an 18g unles you were trying to filter of something.
" Do the tops of the needles come off to allow for easy needle switching? "
I suppose that that's why they are removable - but they are so cheap I dont reuse any part of any syringe. I just dont want to risk any contamination.
"Is it called the "plunger" that you are putting the needle on?"
The plunger is the part that you press on or lift up on to make the oil go in or out of the barrel.
"I also need to wipe the needle and the bottle top with the alcohol wipes first? "
Absolutely. Wipe the top of the bottle then the injection site. I even wipe the injection site after the injection sometimes. The goal is to kill any potential bacteria that the sterile syringe is going to come in contact with.
Hope this helps. Good luck.

OK lets make this simple for you :
IN GENERAL
For glute shots you want 23g 1.5 inch needle
For delts and quads, you want 25g 1inch needle
The needles screw on and off of the syringe very easy for changing
the syringe is the part that holds the fluid, the plunger is what you pull back on and push on to get and inject the fluid
18g needles are used sometimes to get the OIL in the syringe quicker, NEVER inject with an 18g needle.
The ONLY time I switch needles is when I am using more than one compound in the same syringe.
You can get alcohol wipes at any drug store or walmart
They are used to wipe the rubber top of the vial to dis-infect it and also to wipe the area to be injected. you shouldn't need to wipe the needle as it is sterile in the bag, but you can, just make sure you let it dry completely before injecting or it will sting from the alcohol.
Hope this helps

Seems like you got your answer, but I figured I'de use this thread to get a decent answer.
I ordered some Liquidex from another company as arr has been down. It doesn't have the spray so.
Would a insulin pins be big enough to draw the liquidex? It should be good enough to measure to 0.1 ml corect?
Sorry for the hyjack but it looked like you got your answer already.Last edited by lacey231; 04-20-2007 at 04:39 PM.

is it safe to inject a research chemical into the animal instead of administeing it orally?

no!!!
You run the risk of killing the animal by injecting the residual chemicals left in the liquid and it isn't sterile
