Order still says pending???

Whats the deal first of all I wanted a refund and no refund now I still dont have anything from my order on April 12th. I know everyone only has good things to say about Lion but as a first time buyer I am a little reluctant to ever order from again.. This is definitely gonna get deleted..

I had a similar problem with T3/Clen that I ordered on April 13th - I was waiting for a status update and a shipping notice -- nothing. And I had emailed them from my secure acct a couple of times -- nothing.

My personal mailbox isn't that close to my home, so I only go their if I get notice that I've received something. But this morning I was in that part of town and stopped by and the package had just arrived the previous day!

Based on my experience they aren't good about: updating status of your order; responding to emails or sending tracking information (my package had a barcode for tracking).

So I got my product - started the Clen today and I do notice a rise in my metabolism...
