No goods / No response!

I have been waiting for my order for an unreasonable period of time now and have been trying to get the minimum courtesy of a response from you regarding an expected delivery time....again today, no goods and no response.
I notice that the funds were drawn from my credit card account very quickly!
If you can't deliver orders and respond to your customers in a timely manner you should say so. Simply not responding is unprofessional and shows zero regard for your regular customers.

The funny part about this all... is that he(lion) makes it like we(his customers) are being an annoyance...

If i were him i would be responding to each of these countless posts (im sure there wouldnt be close to this amount of posts created on this subject if there were a few responses). If Lion doesnt have access to the internet, he could have easily gotten several people on this forum to take care of letting people know the deal on his behalf. I know he watches over these posts and sees how many people are legitimately disgusted.

Lsoing customers left and right. At least take off the shipping fee. Shipping should be on you lion. What did I pay 10 bucks for. Alledgedly, my order shipped two weeks late and still hasn't arrived. Never again. I'm stuck re-using syringes and am damn near out of pins.

i dont care if he's busy adding new stuff. why add new when he cant live up to the sh*it he has on there now. he should be satisfying all the pissed off customers that he has neglected. nice to know he can use our money to add new stuff to his site, but not give us what we paid for.

well put... i ordered my pct beginning of april and still havent recieved it.. earlier today i got an email saying my order is now processing; however, the took the amount out of my account the day following my order.... this is bs!
