LION - I Need A Refund -- Charged For Something I Didnt Order

I need a refund of $185

I was charged $185 for an item that I never finished ordering. It said there was an error when it was processing. I was originally looking at t3/clen combo and CIA for $185. I then got the error.. And the next day I decided to just order the CIA.

My bank just posted that I was charged for

1) $185 7/19 purchase (posted on 7/23) --- THIS ORDER I DIDNT WANT. AND NEVER GOT CONFIRMATION THAT IT WAS PROCESSED. MY ORDER HISTORY DOES NOT EVEN SHOW THAT THIS WAS ORDERED. I NEED A REFUND FOR THIS.

2) $95 7/20 purchase (posted on 7/23) -- THIS ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED ACCORDING TO WEBSITE. THIS IS THE CIA THAT I ORDERED AND AM OK WITH THIS TRANSACTION

We don't charge the cards you had to click the button to submit the charge. I will be happy to refund the card as I believe an invoice was not created. IF the order was shipped then you will have to return it to sender. Please pm me the name on the card the last 4 digits athe exp date and all the info to track this.
