check your email..
I got an email the other day stating that you have no record of my purchase, this after 1 month of waiting for my refund and 1 month of my order being "Shipped" that was being sent and then you said that my name was spelled incorrectly, was told it would be sent out the following day, I emailed you 3 days later to find you cant find any record of my purchase. WHAT IS THIS? AM I BEING STALLED FOR A NON REFUND. I've been waiting 2 months now for my order or refund. My patients is wearing thin.
PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!!!

If you got an email the other day stating we had no record of the order it's because we couldn't find the charge to refund it. We aren't stalling. THe name and card didn't track. continue to work with the guys in the service department. This thread isn't helping because I don't handle these things. If you email the service derartment or pm them they will figure it out for you.
