To my disapointment my order still hasnt arrived. I sent you a message on this board on the 14th

"it shipped the next business day. It should be there any day"

i then decided to email your sales team just to make sure, to which they replied:

which means in fact that you had not shipped it out next business day at all.

After this email my status changed to processing and has stayed at this ever since, which leads me to belive it still hasnt been shipped!! I again emailed a couple of days ago with no reply.

Last time I orderd it was in the mist of when you were changing servers and it took 5 weeks to come, but i didnt care nor moan as everyone seemed to be in the same boat at that time.

It disapoints me that this is going on because i like your products and you have alot of praise on this board But for the second time im not very happy!
