....why won't customes let your package through?

I dont wanna cause problems, but i pm lion, i send emails and nothing, no reply, i ordered from ar-r and was shipped someone elses order a month ago, i inform lion and he tells me it has been reshipped, but nothing comes, and no one replies when i ask , is it really that difficult to reship, i paid for the product, no send it to me, its not my fault you sent me someone elses order,

what happen to customer service, is anyone else having these issues????????

check your junk mail. They are answering every email. THey can reship and will.

lion, i get the emails, they are all computer generated, not one has any answers,

We don't have computer generated emails. All out standing orders have been reshipped.
