Cia usage and when it kicks in???

I have Cia (cialis liquid) from Ar-R . Now, I wanted to know should I use Cia one hour before sex meaning, timing it so i have sexual stimulation one hour after application of Cia??? or I have a stimulus withing 36 hours of application???
some say that Cia wont work unless u have a stimulus within 2 hours of the Cia application??? is this true???

for me it works in about an hour, but I feel the effects of it for more than a day, even if I have no activity for several hours after administration.
