I want some IGF1 but the only thing they show is MGF (IGF1 Ec) and melanotan 2... any idea if he's going to be offering regular IGF1 or the other things listed in the sticky?

Dude there was like 100 threads on busts about research labs (and UGLs but for steroids ) because they carry IGF and they know about its use in sports enhancement. So no he does not carry them.

I saw the threads about busts but it was my understanding that peptides are not illegal... though I could most certainly be wrong on this.

They aren't as long as they are used for research purposes. But obviously IGF is an enhancer no doubt about that so thats not a safe thing to carry.
