    Update: Received! Was shipped to a relative in the US in the normal 3 days. Thanks Lion for resolving this and thanks for the freebie!

    Orders 22382 and 20211. Both to Canada, both never arrived. One was from 5 months ago, the other from almost a month now.

    I thought the first time around that you had bad luck with customs but now I think nothing makes it past the border anymore.

    Please refund my credit card...that's about $165 down the drain. If this is not possible, please contact me at [email protected]. I could provide a US address for you to ship those items to.
