Comment about service
Just wandering why it's hit and miss service, some say it takes forever and others say they got their stuff quick.I ordered and was not happy with the product. Lion has a good thing going but maybe hire a few more people or something? I hate to see any company get bad reviews and even offered my business when I was perfectly happy with the other company and feel embarresed that I made a "personal" decision rather than a business one I am kind of disturbed that we have to tip toe around since it's a board sponsor when the customer should come first. I've seen threads deleted when a negative post comes up This will be my last post on the subject since I don't wish to get banned for telling my experience as a customer.

personally i ordered from www.ar-r.com on sunday night and just recieved it today (wednesday)

Don't think there are any complaints from customers within the continental US...
And most service problems are with regards to shipping. I haven't seen many complain about Lion's products. He has been very accommodating to customers' problems, so try contacting him or his sales team.
