    How do you work ARR's website??

    I know it sounds stupid...but I go to the site and I can't figure out how to even look at products! I need to buy syringes! Any advice?

    Yeah I just tried the site again: I clicked on the syringes link but the page came up as an error

    It worked for me. Try clicking the word "syringes" in your post above for which a link was automatically generated. It should bring you to the page.
