off cycle clen question

Im currently taking clen . 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, with benadryl everynite on the 3rd week. I heard that clen can be tough on the metabolism, thus the cycle. But, will it do any harm to take on otc fat burner during the 2 weeks off. Like hydroxycut ot stacker or whatever? Or should I just do nothing? thanks

Notsure , but I though you could do clen without taking off time if you had benadrly?

Yeah. I think some people do, But Im not. Im doing the 2weeks on/off.

no you cant take another burner like hydroxycut..there's a thread on here sumwhere that states the actual facts why,i cant remember why, but no you cant

Ive always taken OTC fatburners during the off periods with clen .

I found it best to use it 1week on/off as after 7 days the effects tappered off.

yeah, That is the problem somtimes with searching post. I read a post where someone said to use an otc fatburner on the off days or weeks. But then others say not to. Which is it? If someone knows, and can say why, I would appreciate a response. thanks.
