    ordered from ARR and...

    I have got liquidex, clen , and letro. I want to know if once opened , should I just store them at room temp , or should I refrigerate them , etc? Thanks for any answers guys

    when is the best time to take my dose? I have been taking them right before bedtime, this is probably the best time right.
